Despite being left looking as if she’d had a run in with a toilet plunger, Gwyneth Paltrow is still harping on about “cupping”, the extreme form of acupuncture which involves heating glass cups and placing them at various points on your back.
The actress caused a stir when she attended a film premiere in 2004 with huge red circles across her shoulder blades, the result of a session she’d had the week before and she is still advocating the process five years on.
“Don’t get me wrong,” she trills on her lifestyle website Goop.
